About Us
Here's a little info bout Right -n- Tight and our Founder, Ms. Sylvia Reynolds. Born and raised in Indianapolis Ind., Sylvia is affectionately well-known in her community, and Right -n- Tight Fitness is on it's way to being a game changer in "Nap-town".

After being diagnosed with Thyroid disease in 2002, Ms. Sylvia was determined to get her health in tact. She began training with Abby Fox, in Brownsburg Ind., in 2005. Sylvia spent the next 10 years taking what she'd learned from Fox, and working hard on her physique. In 2014 she reunited with Fox with the intent of becoming a personal trainer, herself.
Ms. Sylvia received her certification in February 2015, opened 'Right -n- Tight Fitness Center' in June, and steadily growing.
Ms. Sylvia prides herself on being energetic, positive, and friendly. She is often referred to as a people person, because of her ability to network and talk. This energy can be seen and felt in her training classes, as well as her private sessions.
