Training

Every BODY is different, and so is every personality. After a FREE consultation with Head Instructor, Ms. Sylvia Reynolds, clients can decide which classes will benefit them most. At this time, Right -n- Tight offers Personal training(including house-calls), Group Training classes(RnT Fitness Center), and Bootcamp(Northwest Way Park).

Personal Training

Personal trainings sessions are private and focus on the individual needs of each specific client. Sylvia recommends every client take advantage of this offer, even if they are already enrolled in classes. The best part is, Ms. Sylvia does house calls. So, you can stay at home and schedule sessions when it's convenient.

Group Class Training

 

We all need motivation at times. At Right -n- Tight our Training Classes are in groups of

5-10 people, usually. Our class trainees enjoy positive encouragement from fellow classmates, as well as their instructor, Ms. Sylvia. Classes are an hour long, and consist of a Full Body Workout. Clients have stated how beneficial these classes have been to their physique and esteem. 

 

Classes are usually held on weekday evenings and Saturday afternoons. Look for our hours of operation, to see what our current time frames are.

R-n-T Bootcamp

 

From 9am - 10am, December 12th - March 26th, Right -n- Tight has implemented it's first Bootcamp. Every Saturday morning trainees meet at Northwest Way Park for an hour of intense workout including; running, lunges, squats, chest-presses, hammer-curls, triceps, tricep kickbacks, front & lateral raises, and more. 

 

On March 26th 2015, the last date of Bootcamp, Sylvia has prepared an award ceremony for her clients. They will receive certificates for completing the R-n-T Bootcamp, as well as special awards to highlight their individual accomplishments.
